The concert “Quire’s Rainbow Connection” will be performed on Saturday 24 March 2012, in the Sean Hollywood Arts Centre, Newry, and will feature a variety of music including musical theatre, popular and traditional pieces.

Quire have been proud to link with The Newry Rainbow Community (NRC) to develop a choir and produce a musical concert in Newry As part of the project Quire are delighted to have appointed Leanne McCorry as their professional Musical Director.

Chair of Quire, Ken Moffett, said “we are delighted with the support we have received from the Arts Council of Northern Ireland, the Newry Rainbow Community, the Sean Hollywood Arts Centre and the many people from and around the Newry city area who have encouraged us in this exciting new project, and we hope that the public will enjoy and be entertained by our extravaganza”.
